Job Description: Scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, filing documents, calendar management, taking calls, replying to emails and other miscellaneous work. Responsibilities : Arranging for meetings, conference calls, preparing agenda etc. Devising and maintaining office systems like data management and filing; Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; Qualification:UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization/IT PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization Requirement: Good management & communication skills, Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
